Fabric damage
Deterioration or Staining
Structural issues rising from misuse of our products.
Non domestic products used for non domestic purposes.
-Goods purchased through a 3rd party.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

How to make a claim

To register your claim with us you will need to email us with:Proof of purchase (Online Receipt Email)
Photographs of the full product and the area that displays the issue you are concerned about.
Full Description of the issue and timeline of issue.
We will send you a confirmation email upon receipt of your claim and confirm next steps.

Wherever possible, replacement product will be like for like. However, if a particular style, material or model is no longer available we will substitute appropriately from our current range.
